Standard purchase loans close in 14โ€“21 days. Fix & Flip investment loans can close in as few as 7 days. A lot depends on appraisal and title, but we're transparent about your timeline from day one.

Do you charge an application fee?

No. There is no application fee at TrustBridge. The only upfront third-party cost is an appraisal fee, collected once we've locked your rate and you've decided to proceed.

I'm a Foreign National โ€” can I still get a mortgage?
